Our online booking site can only be accessed by customers holding an account. Account holders gain access with a user name and password that takes them straight to an indivual web booking screen, linked directly to our control room.
The customer web booking screens are fast and user friendly and allows users to book a sameday courier movement easily. Job bookings are linked directly to the indivual pricing tariff agreed with each customer.
About Online Tracking
The online tracking link allows customers to view their vehicle live, using our satellite tracking technology system.
Each one of our vehicles carries a fixed GPS satellite antenna that is connected to the onboard mobile computer, that takes a positional fix every few seconds from up to 9 satelites simultaneously. This data is then transmitted back to our control room every 60 seconds. This information is then available to the secure web link for each individual customer to see their own vehicle live.

The satellite technology also provides satellite navigation to each vehicle that calculates the fastest route to the collection or delivery address and then guides the driver every inch of the way with voice instructions and a 3D map, shown on the mobile computer screen.
We are one of the only national UK courier services to track their vehicle fleet live using satellite technology and then giving customers access to see their vehicle carrying their delivery live.
No more excuses about being delayed by traffic congestion, the system alerts us to traffic congestion and guides the vehicles round it. This makes us accountable and gives customers the power of real time information.
